Allergies and Immune Aids
The allergies are ridiculous here in Florida every
Spring. It’s up to you to battle them
with mindfulness, preparation, and consistency.
Here are a few tips to ward off the symptoms:

oil: from Dr. Oz, “contains fatty acids
that are both antiviral and antimicrobial.”

Uses: aid in digestion, diarrhea, allergies, eczema,

Eliminate:
Sugars,

Move
more:
Get
your body moving with more vigorous exercise like cardio, faster paced
workouts, and arm balances in yoga practice.
