Calming Meditation



 Meditation


Sit quietly or while you are moving think of this metaphor and meditation to calm your whirling mind:

I let go and go with the flow.  I let go of fear (false evidence appearing real), and attachments.  I observe the amount of energy I put into resisting the flow and educate my self with new perspectives that cultivate new behaviors.  Divine love is guiding me and I am always taken care of because the universe always provides for me.
