"Spring" into Action!


Spring is a great time to up your energy.  We are surrounded by new life and vibrancy.  Along with “new” is change.  Many of us resist change either physically or mentally.  I am asking you to be open to the flow and let go!

Start your season out right with these tips:

  • To give yourself more energy, start with more movement.  


  • Let go of the ideas that you “have to” workout or exercise.  Do it because the movement makes you feel better, relaxes your mind, and invigorates your body. 


  • Look forward to doing things with your body. 


  • Look for fitness activities that are fun as well as challenging to push yourself.


  • Play great music while you move.


  • Get your favorite people together for group fitness.

  • Schedule your workouts in your calendar just like a hot date.
